Reservation Terms:
1. Reservations are guaranteed by a deposit of 30% of the total stay. The booking party agrees to pay the amount immediately (within 48 hours).
Until the deposit is credited to the account, the reservation is considered preliminary and not binding on either party. The deposit is non-refundable. If an invoice is to be issued to a company, the payment details must be provided in the transfer reference.
(If the reservation is canceled more than 30 days after the hotel stay, the deposit is refundable.)
2. By making a reservation and paying the deposit, the Guest declares that they have read and accept all information contained in the description of the stay.
3. Failure to use any services during the stay, or shortening the stay, will not result in a refund.
